While most sites have some method of sending feedback available, it can often be a frustrating "black hole". You send off your carefully written letter, only to recieve a generic form letter days later. Worse yet, you may not recieve any reply at all.

The focus of TheIdeaWeb is on our user's input. When the first website was started, we knew ignoring feedback was the one thing we simply could not do. So, we decided to listen instead. Interesting idea, isn't it?

Feedback is at the core of our business concept and philosphy. After all, what reason would we have to exist without our customers? To this end, we've set up a number of ways for you to send us your thoughts:

  This is the best way to voice your opinions about TheIdeaWeb and other sites in our network. Post your thoughts in our open forum and get replies from both our staff and others in the community.
