TheIdeaWeb's Mission

In all of our services, our customer are our mission. Many other business provide similar or comprable services to those offered by TheIdeaWeb. Some of our competitors are much larger and have access to far great resources than web do. While these companies do have excellent services, they do not seem to pay much attention to the one thing that has truesly made them a success: their users.

Customers should be the focus of every good business. Without customers, there is no business. We wanted to start a service where customer opinions did matter; where the input of the people visiting and supportin the website was actually considered and used whenever possible. TheIdeaWeb was born in early 1999.

Today, our users are a part of everything we do. Their opinions are included in our content, they guide the changes that we make and the services that we offer. We go the extra mile with customer service and support because we know that it is our customers that are most important.
